Yuengling Museum & Gift Shop
Retail marketing for America’s Oldest Brewery: a consistent presence across posters, email, digital ads, and social that drove sales growth.
Objective: The Yuengling Museum & Gift Shop needed retail marketing materials that worked as hard as the brand itself. Across four channels, posters, emails, digital ads, and Instagram Stories, the materials lacked the consistency to build recognition or drive repeat engagement. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Gift Shop Manager, and Social Media Manager, I evolved the visual system to align with each team’s campaign needs, keeping Yuengling’s established brand equity intact while bringing the retail presence into alignment.
Solution: Every decision came back to one question: does this feel like Yuengling, whether someone sees it on a shelf, in their inbox, or scrolling their feed? I evolved the system around the brand’s existing maroon, cream, and distressed typography, tightening hierarchy and ensuring each channel felt like part of the same family. For email, I owned the full process: design, build, and deployment in Mailchimp. The result is a retail marketing presence that reads as a cohesive brand system across four formats, driving consistent sales growth for both the gift shop and online store.
