About Me

Resilient by nature, detail-driven by trade. I'm Emily, an Art Director and Graphic Designer based in South Central Pennsylvania, crafting work that holds up on shelf, in print, and on screen.

My path into design has been shaped by packaging and print, disciplines that reward patience, precision, and an eye for how a piece will perform once it leaves the screen. I joined D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc., America's Oldest Brewery, as a Graphic Designer in 2019 and grew into the role of Art Director in 2024, where I now lead packaging systems, co-branded campaigns, and retail marketing from concept through production. Along the way, I've learned to balance creative ambition with the realities of dielines and press checks, and to keep a brand's voice consistent whether it's on a can, a gift shop shelf, or a social feed.

I've also built brand identities from the ground up for freelance clients, from custom illustration to full visual systems, and I bring that same care to digital work: marketing emails, social graphics, and web banners that keep a brand cohesive across every touchpoint. That range traces back to my degree in Graphic Design from Pennsylvania College of Technology, where I first learned to move between disciplines without losing consistency.

Outside of work, I show up for one tradition without fail: the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, every fall, with the same group of friends, six years running. We hit the same vendors, stay the whole day, and yes, sometimes there's a costume involved. It's a small thing, but it's a good reminder that I like showing up, doing things well, and doing them with people I trust.
